The underground pipe racks at Huayuankou Township of Huiji District is located at Jingshui Road and East Yingbin Road, with a planned total length of 5.3 kilometers and a total investment of 642 million Yuan or so. Four-cabin and five-cabin sections are adopted at Jingshui Road, with the main box room of the four-cabin section being 14.2 meters wide and 4.0 meters high and the main box room of the five-cabin section being 16.25 meters wide and 4.0 meters high. Four-cabin and five-cabin sections are adopted at East Yingbin Road, with the main box room of the four-cabin section being 15.3 meters wide and 4.1 meters high and the main box room of the five-cabin section being 17.4 meters wide and 4.1 meters high. 

Pipelines to enter the pipe racks include water supply pipeline, sewage pipeline, power pipeline, communication pipeline, natural gas pipeline, heating pipeline and the recycled water pipe position will be left in advance.Jingshui Road and Yingbin Road are skeleton roads of Huayuankou Township of Huiji District. They are the main passageways of the entire district as well as the transport passageways for the trunk pipelines of the entire district. Construction of the comprehensive pipe racks can effectively improve the urban quality of the district and make intensive use of land to provide municipal base support for the orderly promotion of the village urbanization work.
