8 underground pipe racks are planned for construction at Gaotie business district, which will be built at Yingbin Road, Zhanqian North Road, Chaoyang East Road, No.2 Zhanqian Road, No.4 Zhanqian Road, Gaotiejingyi Road, Jianshe Avenue and north of Hejiaqiao Road, reaching a total of about 17.1 kilometers. Jindong District is an old urban district, where 3 underground pipe racks are planned to be built along with the road reconstruction in the old urban area. The pipe racks will be built at Jinde Avenue, Taoyu Road and Hejiaqiao Road, with a total length of approx. 10.8 kilometers.

There will be 8 types of pipelines to enter the pipe racks, including：water supply pipeline, rain water pipeline, sewage pipeline, natural gas pipeline, power pipeline, communication pipeline, TV & broadcasting pipeline, and recycled water pipe position will be left in advance.
