Located at Science Avenue and Jinxiu Road of Baishayuan Area of Zhengdong New District, the comprehensive pipe rack stretches as long as 17.29 kilometers. Of the total length, the trunk line of the pipe rack measures 12.98 kilometers long and the outgoing tributary line of the pipe rack measures 4.31 kilometers long. The pipelines entering the rack include water supply pipeline, recycled water pipeline, heating pipeline, power pipeline, communication pipeline, natural gas and sewage pipelines.

The project is of multi-span box frame structure featured by three and four cabin types. The cabins are divided into power cabin, composite cabin, natural gas cabin and sewage cabin, with the clear height of the cabin being 4.2 meters. The main channels of the composite cabins of Science Avenue and Jinxiu Road are available for tool cars to pass. Meanwhile, annular maintenance accesses have been built in line with the future Yanming Road and Zhongyuan Avenue.
