Located at Dongjiakou Port City, Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, the Gongbei Road comprehensive pipe rack project is an East-to-West arterial road in the living quarters of the port city of Qingdao’s Dongjiakou Economic Zone.

Situated down the 20-meter green belt on the north side of Gongbei Road, the pipe rack has been laid along the central line of parallel roads. Starting from the coastal highway on the northwest side of Wangjiataihou Village of the Langya Township, the pipe rack ends at G204 National Highway. The main pipe rack is about 12.77 kilometers long, and the tributary pipe rack 545 meters long. The municipal pipelines entering the rack include water supply pipeline, recycled water pipeline, sewage pipeline, heating pipeline, natural gas pipeline, power pipeline, and communication pipeline. The open cut method has been used for the construction, with the total construction cost reaching 1368.1489 million Yuan, of which construction and erection expenses amounted to 1276.3547 million Yuan.
