The planned project land is located in the old commercial center area of Erqi District of Zhengzhou, Henan Province, at the intersection of Erqi District, Jinshui District and Guancheng District.The comprehensive pipe rack will be developed along with the underground commercial space and the land resources will be utilized in an integrative way in order to enhance the comprehensive bearing capacity of the municipality. The development and utilization of the underground space will be conducted under Erqi Road and Taikang Road. A three-floor structure will feature the project, with the first floor underground as underground space, second floor underground as pipe rack interlayer and third floor underground for pipe rack.
