The three-floored underground pipe rack stretches 1.9 kilometers long, with its overall floorage being 95000 square meters. The first floor, connected to underground garages of 25 land lots, is the annular one-way two-lane driveway, with its overall floorage being 30000 square meters. The second floor, connected to the underground equipment of 25 land lots, is composed of tributary pipe racks, garages and business development areas, with its overall floorage being 40000 square meters. The third floor is a main pipe rack of 1.5 kilometers long and is composed of power pipeline, telecommunication pipeline, water-feeding pipeline, natural gas pipeline and heating cabin, with its overall floorage being 25000 square meters.The pipe rack is a mixed type of trunk and tributary pipelines, and the pipelines entering the rack  include power pipeline, communication pipeline, water supply pipeline, natural gas pipeline, recycled water pipeline, heating pipeline and chilled water pipeline.
