“Conveying corporate culture, learning from pacemakers”

-- the Second 2018 “Power of Model” Seminar successfully held  

On the morning of June 21, “Conveying corporate culture, learning from pacemakers”-- the Second 2018 “Power of Model” Seminar organized by the corporate university of Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Limited(BJUCD) was successfully held in Conference Room 501 of BJUCD. Nearly 60 people from the BJUCD’s administrative organs, Rail Transit Institute, Municipal Infrastructure Institute, Overseas Institute, Piping Corridor Center, Creation Center, Anjie Company, Huan’an Company attended the seminar. In addition, employees of the Fund Company and nearly 20 institutions from other cities watched the seminar via the live video. 

Five speakers, namely Liu Yunliang, president of the Municipal Infrastructure Institute, Ma Yan, director of the BJUCD Urumqi Branch, Zhang Liang, director of comprehensive office of the Rail Transit Institute, Hao Xiaoliang, member of the 7th Design Office of the Rail Transit Institute, and Guo Jiabei, member of the Investment and Financing Department, were invited to share their opinions with the participants. Based on their roles in the company, taking their understanding to the corporate culture and their work experience and thoughts into consideration, they shared their thoughts with the audience from the aspects of “customers of foremost importance, hard work as the basis, integrity in the practice and excellence as the pursuance”, and brought forward suggestions on how to spread enterprise’s values to the employees and improve their actual work, including, establishing the correct values and considering on the whole situation at a high level with a broad vision and the corporate culture as the orientation; being loyal to the enterprise, enthusiastic to the work, brave in self-dedication and meeting challenges, and efficient and creative in practices; focusing on emotional quotient management, nurturing teamwork spirit, pursuing truth and practicality and insisting on principles; and continuously learning and working hard to continuously satisfy the customers. 

At the seminar, the speakers interacted with the audience on the theme “conveying corporate culture, learning from pacemakers”, strengthened the employees’ understanding to the enterprise’s corporate culture, made them realize the importance to carry out the corporate values in practices, and further encouraged the employees to jointly march forward.
