<p>As the proverb goes, &ldquo;one tree does not make a forest&rdquo;. In order to strengthen the departmental cohesion, improve the team spirit and communication skills, encourage everyone to challenge themselves, take responsibilities and explore the potential and build a unity, enterprising and passionate team, the Faculty of Architecture of UCD has officially launched the Phase I team building programs with help of the trade union of UCD on March 27. A total of 25 employees from the Division of Structure attended the program.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The participants were divided into three groups by lot at random and each group took tasks of different themes. Within the given time, the participants cooperated with each other to find and analyze clues to solve the challenges, and fully exchanged opinions and ideas. Everybody has worked hard to enable their team to excel while drawing great strength and confidence from the collective honor.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This activity not only enabled the participants to refresh themselves and go back to works more energetically, but also improved their understanding to the teamwork, work division, details management, plan formulation and efficient execution and finally built a strategic team capable of discovering and solving problems. Meanwhile everybody has a better understanding to the corporate culture and advocacy and will translate their understanding into practical action and habit in the future.&nbsp;</p>
