Fangcaoyubai-style Homestay Opened Officially

In the golden autumn of October, through full cooperation between UCD and Jingmei Group, the mysterious Fangcaoyubai-style rural holiday complex planned and designed by UCD’s creation center in Mentougou District, was officially unveiled.

The beautiful countryside, carrying the nostalgia for the homeland and the persistence of culture, is the foundation of a beautiful China. Against the backdrop of the new era, promoting rural rejuvenation is the common mission of governments at all levels, all walks of life and outstanding enterprises. Guided by its design consulting business, UCD provides the customers with full-process, professional and high-quality services, and continuously improves its design capabilities in the entire field, with its business extended to such areas as urban and rural planning, architectural design, new cultural and creative design, cultural tourism consulting, and operation management and the like. UCD also actively participates in the construction and practice of beautiful villages.

In 2019, UCD and Jingmei Group joined hands to have initiated the establishment of Chengmei Xiangju Company, which opened the prelude to the construction of the Fangcaoyubai-style rural resort complex. Since the start of the project, the creation center team has meticulously planned and coordinated the architectural design and landscape design. Under the premise of ensuring operational requirements, the space has been reasonably divided, and the team adjusted measures to local conditions, with characteristic elements incorporated to help the Fangcaoyubai-style rural residence to transform from a traditional one to a contemporary aesthetic, modern homestay with full sense of design.

The official operation of Fangcaoyubai-style rural holiday complex also opened a new chapter for project operation. In the later stage, Chengmei Xiangju Company will provide first-class service with first-class quality, and create a distributed rural resort complex with warmth, characteristics, quality and content, making it a star brand for B&B operations in western Beijing.
