A LETTER TO ALL OWNERS AND PARTNERS

Respected owners and partners,

First of all, thank you very much for your continual trust in and support for Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Ltd.!

Since the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter simply referred to as “UCD”) has firmly carried out the requirements of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, Beijing City, and each local government on the epidemic prevention and control, and we have united as one to combat the epidemic. During the period of the epidemic prevention and control, in order to serve the owners well continuously, the UCD hereby reports relevant work arrangements as follows, and we hope for your understanding and support. 

According to the requirements in the notifications of Beijing City and the superior units, the UCD has formally resumed work on Feb. 3 (Monday). In order to strengthen the epidemic prevention and control, effectively reduce the gathering of personnel, the headquarters and each non-local branch institution have adopted flexible work method of combining decentralized and coordinated work and centralized work to ensure the smooth implementation of production contracts. 

By means of online work and video and telephone conference, etc., we continue to complete the existing tasks according to high standards and with high quality guaranteed, promote the smooth proceeding of projects, and guarantee the services to be “always online”. For the important and crucial projects mainly required by the owners, we will promote the performance of contracts through centralized work on the premise of carrying out various protective measures actively, and meet the owners’ trust and entrustment with practical actions. Our project principals will take the initiative to contact you, understand your needs, strengthen communication, solve problems and implement contracts efficiently through the combination of online and offline work. 

In the present critical period of the epidemic prevention and control, based on the attitude of starting from the overall situation of the epidemic prevention and control, and being responsible for life safety and health, the UCD has adopted closed management at each work place; all incoming visitors are and will be required to accept temperature test and registered; and all people entering the office area wear masks consciously in the full process. For the inconveniences brought to you by these measures, we hope for your understanding.
