UCD Wins Titles of Survey and Design

On December 11, China Engineering & Consulting Association celebrated the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the 2nd session of the association’s 6th membership representative conference was held in Guangzhou. The conference released the fruitful results of a series of recommended surveying and designing activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic, and awarded a number of honors including outstanding survey and design projects, outstanding survey and design enterprises, outstanding entrepreneurs, technology innovation leaders, outstanding figures, outstanding associations, etc.

UCD was awarded the title of "Excellent Survey and Design Enterprise", Academician Shi Zhongheng was elected as an outstanding figure, General Manager Wang Hanjun was elected as an outstanding entrepreneur, and Chief Engineer Yang Xiuren was elected as the leader of scientific and technological innovation. At the same time, "Beijing Metro Phase I and Phase II Projects" and "Beijing Metro Line 5" won the title of excellent survey and design projects.

The recommended activities through the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic by the national survey and design industry comprehensively summed up the 70-year-long glorious history, development achievements and valuable experience of the national survey and design industry, and demonstrated the technical level and excellent achievements of the national survey and design industry. UCD has won many honorary titles, which has played a good role in promoting the high-quality development of urban construction design brands.

Founded in July, 1985, China Engineering & Consulting Association is a national social organization of survey, design and consulting with legal capacity. The association has 497 membership units, 44 local membership units, 23 sectoral membership units, 15 branch associations, work committees and well-known personages.
