Project Department of No.03 Tender for East-Extended Section of Beijing Subway Line 7 Dubbed the Title of Demonstration Team for Safety Management Standardization

On Feb. 22, at the 2017-2018 Commendation Conference for Nominated Demonstration Teams for Safety Management Standardization and Release of Achievements Made in Creating Five-Type Teams with Standardization conducted by China Association of Work Safety (CAWS), UCD’s project department of No. 03 tender for the east extension line of Beijing Subway Line 7 was dubbed the title of 2017-2018 Demonstration Team for Safety Management Standardization, with project manager Ma Jingdong awarded the title of excellent team leader.

In 2017, the project of No. 03 Tender took part in the event for creating and appraising demonstration teams for safety management standardization. Led by project manager Ma Jingdong, members of the project devoted all their wisdom and efforts to act in strict accordance with the “5831” Safety Management Standards set by CAWS, set up five basic rules, eight mainstay principles, three supportive regulations and one target for safety management, and widely applied the “Five Minor Inventions”, which were the products of innovation, to the project construction, having lived up to the safety management standards as well as ensured the life safety of the workers in production and guaranteed the sound development of the project. Through appraisals over and again, the project department for the east-extended section of subway line 7 eventually won the title of 2017-2018 Demonstration Team for Safety Management Standardization, with project manager Ma Jingdong awarded the title of excellent team leader.
