Honors Won by UCD in 2017

On the grand occasion of“China Financial Market Awards 2017”sponsored on Jan. 8, 2018 by China Financial Market, a famous financial magazine in Hong Kong, UCD won“Best Performance Award for Sustainable Development”and“Best ARC Award”under the Listing & Financing Awards 2017, which are issued on the principle of product and service performance contributed by a company in a year and are aimed at the excellent companies listed in Hong Kong. The awards are set to affirm and bestow praise on listed companies that act excellently or are pregnant with great potentials.

In addition, on the 7th China Securities“Golden Bauhinia Awards”targeting all distinctive and excellent listed companies and senior executives in both Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, UCD won“BIVA Award for the 13th Five-year Plan Period”. The award is mainly used to commend listed companies for enhancing their level of compliance and is also used to encourage listed companies to apply professional and financial services through various kinds of standard channels and instruments to find favor with more potential investors to ultimately reach the goal of market value appreciation. 

In 2017, UCD made the Bronze Winner of the International ARC Awards (reputed as” Oscar of Annual Reports”) for its annual reports.  In selection and appraisal of companies in terms of“infrastructure”, UCD outmatched its contestants and became the only winner of the award.

In 2017, UCD honorably won“Listed Company Award of Excellence”sponsored by Hong Kong Economic Journal. The award chooses, through professional and overall speculation, listed companies that perform noticeably well and are recognized in business circles, and creates new standards for the industry. 

Honors won by UCD within the period of a year speak volume for the capital market’s affirmation of the company’s development across the board. Abiding by the listing rules and interacting actively and assiduously with the capital market, UCD has improved its levels in corporate governance, investor relations and information disclosure, etc., enabled financial, public and potential investors to know more about UCD, set a good example in the capital market, demonstrated UCD’s excellent image and its prominent brand influence internationally, and created a favorable atmosphere for UCD’s constant capital operation.
