UCD Wins BIVA Award of the 7th Golden Bauhinia Awards for the 13th Five-Year Plan Period

On Nov. 30, the award ceremony for Golden Bauhinia Awards, which was sponsored by Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group Limited jointly with the Listed Companies Association of Beijing, the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong, Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Hong Kong Securities Professionals Association, was successfully held at Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong. UCD honorably won BIVA Award of the Golden Bauhinia Awards as a listed company for the 13th Five-year Plan period. At that night, more than 70 listed companies, including China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, BAIC MOTOR and China Southern Airlines, won awards.

UCD was invited to receive the relevant award. Honored guests, such as Convener of the Executive Council of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Chen Zhisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group Limited Jiang Zaizhong, Deputy Head of the Economic Affairs Department of LOCPG HK Lei Haiqiu, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group Limited Ouyang Xiaoqing, issued the awards to the award-winning enterprises.

Known as “Oscar of Securities”, the “Golden Bauhinia Awards” has now become an important symbol for the Chinese capital market and is oriented towards all listed companies, investment banks, foundations and senior executives both in Hong Kong and in the Chinese mainland. The awards use comprehensive evaluation to sort out annual top enterprises and management personnel that are of glaring characteristics and have made outstanding achievements.
