Congratulations! Department for the Project of North Outer Ring Road Has Won“May Day”Certificate of Merit

Recently, Anqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Anqing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Anqing Municipal Bureau for Key Projects Construction have awarded the May Day Labour Certificate of Merit to the Department for the Project of Anqing North Outer Ring Road.

As a PPP (public-private –partnership) project, the North Outer Ring Road in Anqing has been designated by the Ministry of Finance as a demonstration project in the project database and a key project of Anhui province and of the city of Anqing. Since the construction was started in June 2015, vigorous action has been taken to conduct the emulation campaign. Deeming highly of the campaign, Anqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Anqing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Anqing Municipal Bureau for Key Projects Construction jointly promulgated the Circular on Carrying Out an Emulation Campaign for the Demonstration of the North Outer Ring Road as a Key Project in July, 2016, boosting an all-round enhancement of construction progress, quality safety, construction in a safe and environment-friendly manner and social credibility. With the construction expedited, quality ensured, image established, and brand created, the project was completed and opened to traffic 8 months ahead of schedule. People from more than 260 cities and units across the country came to Anqing to visit and study the project. Departments concerned of Anhui province and of the city of Anqing more than once issued notice of commendation to give praise to the project department.
