The Company Signs the Contract for the PPP Project of the Middle Section of Kunming Dianzhong New District Airport Avenue

On July 22, President Wang Hanjun, on behalf of the Company, signed the Cooperation Agreement for the PPP Project of the Middle Section of Dianzhong New District Airport Avenue with Dianzhong New District in Kunming. Cheng Lianyuan, a Member of the Standing Committee of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, the Secretary of Kunming Municipal Party Committee, and the Secretary of Dianzhong New District Party Work Committee, Liu Wenwei, a Member of the Standing Committee of Kunming Municipal Party Committee and the Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee, Li Shuyong, a Deputy Director of Dianzhong New District Management Committee, Chen Daihua, President and Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Urban Construction Group, and heads of relevant units attended the signing ceremony.

Cheng Lianyuan, a Member of the Standing Committee of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and the Secretary of Kunming Municipal Party Committee, said that, “At present, Dianzhong New District is in the starting period and key period of great construction and great development. Airport Avenue is an important arterial traffic road in the east area of the New District, and it’s among the first batch of normatively operated demonstrative PPP projects in the New District.
