No. 14 Section of Urumqi Metro Line 1 wins the title of “Worker Pioneers” of Urumqi

At the award ceremony of Urumqi 2016 May Day International Labor Day held at the Studio Hall of Urumqi Television Station recently, the project management department of the No.14 Section of the Urumqi Metro Line 1 won the honor of the city’s “Worker Pioneers” for the period of 2014 and 2015. Zhong Kailong, Party secretary of the project, accepted the award on behalf of the department.

After the construction of No.14 Section of Metro Line 1 in Urumqi kicked off in February 2014, the group company, under the spirit of “five specials” and “striving for No.1”, enhanced the competition awareness of “Making efforts for the first place and going all out to win the banner”, actively tackled the problems of bad weather, complicated pre-stage work and high security grade, spared no time to carry out the project. By taking effective measures of improving mechanism, project planning, setting schedule in reversed order, the group was able to place itself in the front in terms of construction progress, quality and security, safe and environment-friendly operation. As a result, the company gained sound achievements. For the past two years, in the quarterly contract-implementation assessment organized by the proprietor, the company was among the top three and has won the honor of Advanced Entity for two years in a row in the annual contract-implementation assessment. It has also won for two years in a row the title of Advanced Entity for Safe Production.
