The 3rd Plenary Session of Urban Rail Transit Specialized Committee of Survey and Measurement of CCES held in Kunming

The 3rd plenary session of Urban Rail Transit Specialized Committee of Survey and Measurement of China Civil Engineering Society (CCES) cum “Adapting to New Normal, Seeking Development through Cooperation” technical exchange conference was held in Kunming on December 1, 2015.  Director Zhou Jianping and deputy director Deng Hongxu of Survey and Design Department of Yunnan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Administration, He Yigang, deputy director of Kunming Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and head of Kunming Quality and Safety Management Supervision Station, Su Li, president of Yunnan Survey and Design Quality Association and Ma Tianwen, general manager of Kunming Metro Construction Management Co., Ltd attended and addressed at the conference. Participants also included Ma Haizhi, director of Specialized Committee of Survey and Measurement and director of Institute of Survey of UCD, Wu Qiang, new academician of China Engineering Academy, Gu Guorong, an expert of survey, Li Siguo, chief accountant of UCD, and Lu Yi, technique consultant of Institute of Survey, etc. Nearly 200 people, including representatives of subway corporations from Beijing, Guangzhou, Nanning, Kunming, Jinan and Shenzhen, and member representatives from more than 30 rail transit survey companies across the country, as well as representatives from survey, design, construction and supervision companies in Kunming participated the conference .

Ma Haizhi, director of Specialized Committee of Survey and Measurement and director of the Institute of Survey of UCD, made An Annual Report on the work of the Specialized Committee of Survey and Measurement, which summarized the development of urban rail transit construction and status of urban rail transit survey. Ma also prospected the future development of survey industry and summarized the work of the Specialized Committee of Survey and Measurement in 2015 and put forward the work planned for 2016.

The conference was co-hosted by Kunming Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Kunming Quality and Safety Management and Supervision General Station and the institute of Survey of UCD.
