 Top officials of National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation

visit Survey and Design Institute

 

Recently, a number of top officials of the National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation visited the Survey and Design Institute under the Company for investigation and survey under the leadership of Song Chaozhi, Deputy Director General of the National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation. Wang Hanjun, General Manager of the company, Liu Li, Deputy Chief Economic Engineer, Ma Haizhi, Director of Survey and Design Institute, Gao Wenxin, Deputy Director of Survey and Design Institute, and Zhang Jianquan, Chief Engineer, attended the activity. 

Mr. Wang Hanjun expressed welcome to Mr. Song Chaozhi and his fellows. He made an introduction to the listing of the company and hoped that the National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation will continue to provide support and direction for the company. He promised that the company will be highly motivated to participate in the strategic development of the national geoinformation industry. 

Wang Sikai, Assistant to the Director of Survey and Design Institute, gave an introduction to the Survey and Design Institute from the perspectives of the history, organization, qualification, outstanding performance and future development of the institute.

Mr. Song Chaozhi introduced the overall current development of the surveying and mapping and geoinformation industries of China as well as the future development trends of these industries. He emphasized that the geoinformation industry is a strategic emerging industry, with great potential for future development. He said that the Survey and Design Institute is an excellent enterprise with a long history, remarkable achievements, rich human resources and strong ability to following the industrial development trends. He has high expectations for its development in the future. 

The visit fully highlights the achievements and contribution of the Survey and Design Institute in surveying and mapping, consolidates the planning of the institute to develop geoinformation industry and provides new driving force for the institute to adapt to the “New Normal” state and seek for further development.
