UCD chairs Shenyang Metro Line 4 Phase I FSR expert review

Entrusted by Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Shenyang Metro Line 4 Phase I Feasibility Study Report (FSR) Expert Review presided over by UCD was held in  Shenyang between May 8 and 10. This work was actively prepared by Technical Quality Department and Shenyang Branch Academy.

In this review, Chendong served as the project manager, and Shen Jingyan as the group leader, Yang Xiuren as the vice-group leader. The panel of 19 experts, including Dong Lixin, Cao Zonghao, Huang Meiqun, Yang Xingshan, Song Yi, Wang Yiran, Yan Xueyan, Li Xin, Fu Yilong, Wang Jin, Zhang Peng, and famous experts from Beijing, Qingdao and Shenyang, completed the Expert Review, the key part of the feasibility study evaluation. 

This conference was supported and assisted by relevant provincial and municipal departments, Shenyang Metro Corporation and the report compiler TSDI (The Third Railway Survey and Design Institute Group Corporation), 

Project data:

Shenyang Metro Line 4 Phase I, a complete underground line measuring 32km in length, consists of 23 stations, a depot and a parking lot. The train, with a Type B locomotive and 6-car marshalling, will be powered by DC1500V Contact Grid with the maximum design speed at 80km/h. The total construction period is five years.
