 2015 Working Conference on Project Construction Technology Quality held

On April 9, the company held the 2015 Annual Working Conference on Project Construction Technology Quality, which was presided over by Deputy General Manager Wang Liang. General Manager Wang Hanjun and Chief Engineer Yang Xiuren attended the conference. In addition, other people in charge of technology quality management from the department of technology quality, the department of EPC and the survey institute attended the conference, while people in charge of project in other areas attended the conference through video. 

At the very beginning, the 2015 Work Report on Project Construction Technology Quality was made, with a summary of the work focuses and main problems concerning project construction technology quality in 2014 as well as proposals on management of project construction technology quality in 2015.

Yang Xiuren called for standardized management of project construction technology quality to further improve the well-developed management measures of the company. Concerning technological means, Yang suggested making continuous innovation to improve the technologies and raise the voice in the market. 

Wang Liang advocated learning related criteria and specifications as well as quality check and evaluation standards. Wang also reveals the common problems in project quality control and related countermeasures. The key points include: strictly controlling the quality of materials on site and carrying out effective accountability system; attaching great importance to process control and carrying out integrated inspection system consisting of inspections by responsible team, project department and supervisor. The key parts and details of the projects should be clarified, and specific corresponding plans should be made.

In the end, Wang Hanjun delivered a speech and provided important instructions on work related to technology quality. First, with the business expansion, the new mode has higher requirements for technology quality. Therefore, the technical personnel should learn more about related specifications and make further study on the technologies. Second, the company leaders should provide more training and communication opportunities for the staff. Third, the technology quality management staff should strictly adhere to related principles at the same time of keeping their own mind to avoid repeating what other say and do. Fourth, the technology quality management staff should also learn skills for management, communication and data collection. Finally, the company aims to possess strong competitiveness with good learning, working, innovation and resource integration abilities to continuously create profits and benefit the staff and the shareholders. Therefore, it requires the technology quality management staff to be highly responsible and surefooted to guarantee good quality and contribute to the development of the company.
