UCD holds first meeting for 2015 internal auditing to three assurance systems

On April 9, UCD held the first meeting for the 2015 internal auditing to the three assurance systems. More than 60 people, including company leaders, directors of departments and units, and members of internal auditing groups, attended the meeting. The overall implementation situation of assurance systems and the internal auditing plan were introduced at the meeting. Representatives of managers for the construction unit, and the vocational health and safety group and quality control group of the design unit, made speeches and put forth specific arrangement for the internal auditing. 

Chief Engineer Yang Xiuren brought forward requirements to the internal auditing. First, the internal auditing should be practically carried out based on the actual situation. We should discover problems and shortages in the auditing to boost the improvement of enterprise infrastructure construction and our management capabilities. Second, attentions should be paid to the methods of internal auditing in order to realize effective auditing and communications. Third, auditing schedule should be reasonable and flexible and have no negative influence to the normal production. 

General Manager Wang Hanjun gave guidance to the internal auditing as follows. First, leaders of relevant departments should attach high importance to the quality and the internal auditing. The leader’s recognition and attention to the assurance systems will directly influence the implementation effect. Second, regulations should be stringently followed to ensure the solemnity of the assurance systems. The departments should improve the executive force to the regulations and carry out strict enforcement of orders and prohibitions. Third, the internal auditing should be performed realistically. The internal auditing should be practiced based on the actual production. Suggestions and requirements should be proposed in time to minimize the probability of quality problems.
