BMEDI successfully held the First “Friendship Cup” Staff Table Tennis Match

From November 21 to December 8, Beijing General Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute (BMEDI) successfully held the First “Friendship Cup” Staff Table Tennis Match at the Staff Cultural Activity Center on the second floor of the office area on Nanlishi Road. This match was organized by the trade union of BMEDI and co-organized by the general office of BMEDI. 

The leaders of BMEDI, the civil engineering department, road department and bridge department rendered great support to this match. 20 players attended the match. The match had three events, namely: women’s single, men’s single and men’s double. All the departments and organizations paid high attention to this match and actively organized players to attend the match. This match provided a platform for players to show themselves. More importantly, it inspired people’s enthusiasm for physical exercise. In the match which lasted nearly 2 weeks, the players fought seriously in the court and the audience shouted their support, demonstrating a united, cooperative and positive spiritual outlook of the employees of BMEDI. 

With the purpose of friendship, health and participation, the match promoted mutual exchange among employees, showed employees’ spiritual outlook of hard work, progress and pioneering and enhanced corporate cohesion.
