Outward Development Event of “Build a Team and Make a Self-progress”
With the strong support by the labor unions of the company and Municipal Engineering Survey and Design Institute (MESDI), the Road Station of MESDI carried out an outward development event themed “Build a Team and Make a Self-progress” on October 17, which drew participation of Ma Rong, the President of MESDI labor union, Yang Ning, the Director of Road Station, as well as other staffs. There were totally 27 persons from Road Station joining in the event. The event is held to impel the staffs to be brave for self challenging, to shoulder responsibilities and to reinforce cohesion and capabilities, so as to build a team with “Cooperation, Dedication and Innovation” spirit.
The outward development event was divided into three parts, namely, Crossing Wire Barrier, Blind Matrix and Amazing 99s, of which, the former two require joint operation and the last one requires combat. The players were randomly divided into 2 teams. During joint operation events, the players were united, adhered to mutual trust and assistance, used their brains and came up with ideas; the team leaders took their responsibilities, had the situation well in hand and proposed scientific plans; teams all successfully finished the tasks in the limited time. When it came to the part of sharing, people acted actively as they spoke happily and communicated freely what they think with others, creating such a harmonious atmosphere. During combat event, both teams engaged themselves in a fierce competition. The collective honor was put on the priority by all players, who expected that the champion cup would be held by their own team. However, when one of the team fell behind, the other team, rather than being complacement, they gave encouraging applauses for the rival. People were more delighted due to friendship spirit than first prize.
During the whole event, they challenged themselves with difficulties and accomplished many training items which inspired their potentials and reinforced their sense of belonging, with the strength of cooperation and unity; we believe the outward development event will further facilitate unity and progress in the future.
