The company held a 2-year action meeting for special control of project quality

On October 14, 2014, the company held a 2-year action meeting for special control of project quality. The meeting conveyed the notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the 2-Year Action Plan for Project Quality Control and the notice of Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on issuing Beijing 2-Year Action Plan for Special Control of Project Quality and reported relevant documents issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as well as inspection condition; announced its 2-Year Action Work Plan for Special Control of Project Quality and arranged and deployed the 2-year action for special control of project quality. 

In order to do well in the special control of project quality, the meeting requires: firstly, we should unify ideology and enhance awareness. We should pay high attention to project quality and bear in mind all the time that project quality is the lifeline of corporate development. All the organizations and departments shall make concerted efforts, do a good job in the special control of project quality and lay a solid foundation for the lasting and steady development of the enterprise. Secondly, we should strengthen leadership and make clear responsibilities. The company has set up a leading group for the 2-year action for special control of project quality. Under the group, there are four special workgroups, for quality, market, industrialization and employees respectively. All the workgroups shall do well in self inspection, supervision and inspection reception according to the requirements of the higher-level competent departments and the unified deployment of the company. Thirdly, we should spurn formalism and attach importance to actual effect. The special control of project quality is a matter of significance and has a far-reaching effect. Through the special control, we should drive the management level of our project quality up to a higher level. We should stick to a realistic principle, dare to confront problems, analyze problems systematically, formulate practical countermeasures and strive to produce actual effect. Through this 2-year systematic control action, we should truly implement quality responsibilities, raise our sense of quality responsibility, straighten out the links of subcontracting work, improve the professional attainment of employees, raise work efficiency and promote our management level up to a new stage.
