2014 New Employee Orientation Completed
 
 

The 2014 new employee orientation was completed from July 21 to 27. General Manage Wang Hanjun, Party Secretary Li Guoqing, Deputy General Manager Cheng Yan and Xu Xiaodong, Enterprise University Advisor Dong Gengran attended the opening ceremony. All new employees recruited in 2014 by the group corporation and its subsidiary companies, share-holding and proprietary companies participated in the training.

At the opening ceremony, Party Secretary Li Guoqing welcomed the new comers on behalf of the leaders of the group corporation and gave hopes that the new employees would be integrated with the corporation as soon as possible. He proposed that the new staff members should be adapted to new positions, be active and diligent in studies to make early progress. General Manage Wang Hanjun raised three requirements and expectations to the new members: First, strengthen studies and assimilate themselves into the company; second, endure and be brave to shoulder the responsibilities; third, keep exercises to strengthen health and actively make efforts for the common growth of the individual and the company. 

After one-week concentrated training and outward bound, the new employees gained the overall picture of the corporation’s history, organizational structure, rules and regulations, corporate culture, technological innovation and outstanding achievements. They had a clearer understanding for the continuous education of enterprises and professional training system. Besides, during the training, new employees gained further direct studies and understanding for the professional achievements, technique and requirements through the lectures on professional engineering, work-place visits and production flow, and quality control. The employment plan instructive lessons and the outward bound training in the later part of the training provide necessary guidance and help for the new employees to transform their roles, defining their occupational directions and strengthen the teamwork and responsibilities to the new comers.
