“Buoyant Youth” Frees the Passion and Rejoicing

On June 6, in such a lucky day of an ebullient season, the “Buoyant Youth” Gala was hosted jointly by Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Ltd., Fuwai Angiocardiopathy Hospital, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, China Academy of Railway Sciences, China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd, China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd., Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Mathematics, and opened in the multi-function hall of the administration building of Fuwai Angiocardiopathy Hospital. The labor unions of the company and Fuwai Angiocardiopathy Hospital acted as the main initiating and organizing units of this activity, which had elaborately organized, actively planned and meticulously arranged the activity in the earlier stage; over 140 members from the 7 units has participated and among which 43 young employees come from the company. The hall was filled with rejoicing and passion.

The activity invited hosts of the professional development company to host the programs and was composed of warming-p and grouping, game playing, handsome boy and beautiful girl selecting, as well as awarding. At first, the warming-up game Count Frogs inspired people's enthusiasm; then the grouping section divided the boys and girls into 4 teams to play PK and interactive activities which offered an opportunity for them to get themselves acquainted with each other. The second section, the joyful games pushed the activity to its climax. The games, such as PK Overturning, PK Buoyant Speed and PK Youth Speed, made the whole hall burst with passion. Team leaders played thoroughly their talents and advantages in leading their members, they preferred enjoying the playing than winning the games. The games integrated match, competition, performance and playing to offer an opportunity for the140 young people to show their talents and capabilities, and to know each other in the relaxing and enjoyable games within limited hours. In the third section, selection of beauty examined everyone's observation and charm; finally a boy was selected and rewarded as the most handsome and two girls the most beautiful. In the fourth section, there was a pleasant surprise that a boy and a girl had the hots for each other and expressed that they would like to start a romance relationship with a happy ending. Although matching making was not the only purpose of this activity, such surprise was pleasant. Labor union of the company presented blessings and movie tickets to them. All the friends at the scene sent their warmest applause and blessing to them!

At the end of the over 2 hours activity, everyone were reluctant to part, merriness, acquaintanceship and retention could be captured in their songs. Therefore the organizers reached an agreement to continue such gala integrated with various ways according to the requirement of these members for the purpose of providing an opportunity for them to acquaint with each other in such a prime and blooming season of life.

Our young employees are always in lack of opportunities to know each other owing to occupied schedule or frequent business trips, even though there are also some recreational and sports activities hosted regularly, they feel being constrained in the chance of contacting with each other. For recent years, the labor union of the company has always taken care and attention of the growth and life of the young employees. This activity was hosted through various contacts in order to provide a platform and opportunity for them to make friends with each other and also acted as a booster for acquainting. The labor union will host such fellowship activity in batches periodically according to their requirements for the purposes of inspiring their interaction and acquaintanceship to enrich their cultural life in spare time and enhance the cohesion. Meanwhile, such activities also aim at helping those singles encounter their Mr. and Miss Right.
