Successful Ceremony of 2013 Freshman Class of Corporate University

In the morning of June 6, Human Resources Department organized the ceremony of 2013 Freshman Class of Corporate University; there were 28 recruits of the current year from corporate departments and various professional institutes attended the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by, Wu Dan Director of Human Resources Department and Wang Hanjun, Gerneral Manager of Company, Li Guoqing, Party Secretary, Liu Jing, Deputy Chief Engineer, Zhang Wei, Vice-president of Rail Transit Institute, Chen Yi, Deputy Chief Engineer of Architecture Institute, Zhang Xiaolin, Deputy Chief Engineer of Municipal Institute and Dong Gengran, Consultant of Corporate University were present here.

The ceremony began with briefing the curricular of 2013 freshman class, Consultant Dong Gengran made a supplementary speech and mentioned the expectation of 2014 New Employee Training; then, leaders commended and awarded 10 excellent students; at last, the representative of excellent students made a speech.

In the ceremony, Secretary Li Guoqing congratulated the successful completion of 2013 freshman class and stated that Corporate University training can help the staffs deepen the understanding with the company, improve individual capability and promote the establishment of a learning enterprise, and with a conclusion of expecting recruits can keep enthusiasm on learning to approach a greater progress.

General Manager Wang Hanjun emphasized the significance of New Employee Orientation and pointed out that there were 3 goals to approach for the development of the company——shareholders are satisfied, society is satisfied and staffs are satisfied. The staff satisfaction is the key goal; we will offer more training opportunities and forms for our staffs in terms of capability enhancement. Finally, he expressed the expectation that new employees can cherish the opportunities, carry forward achievements and overcome the shortcomings, and grow with the company.
